My car brakes were locked and couldn’t move it. Chris at Palmen told me to call tow service, gave me the number, car was picked up and transported to Palmen. Chris kept me advised on the car progress. When done Chris sent the courtesy vehicle to pick me up to get my car. Very happy with the service and prompt care of my car. Thank you Chris

A very pleasant buying experience. All of my questions were answered professionally and I never felt pressured to buy. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Would give 11/5 if the internet allowed it) If you are currently driving a 5th Gen Ram and it starts making a sound like a disgruntled poltergeist trapping itself in your rear axle, do not panic. Do not pull over and cry. Just pray you are within driving distance of this absolute sanctuary of horsepower. We were in the middle of a massive cross-country trek when our Ram 1500 decided to start playing us the song of its people from the rear end. It was a dark, stressful moment. Enter Shelly, the Service Manager and Jesse the Advisor. Jesse didn’t just look at our out-of-state plates and say, "We can fit you in next Tuesday." No. He told Shelly that we were travelers in distress. They looked destiny in the eye, and mobilized their forces. Shelly deployed one of her absolute top-tier, wizard-level technicians to perform an emergency evaluation. This tech didn’t just assess the noise; he expertly interrogated it with something called "Chassis Ears". Within what felt like three minutes, he had diagnosed the issue with the precision of a seasoned cardiac surgeon. They didn't just fix our truck; they saved our entire road trip from becoming an episode of a survival reality show. Epically amazing experience. Fast, professional, and genuinely empathetic to the plight of the road-weary traveler. If Shelly ever decides to run for public office, she has my vote. Get your truck serviced here, or regret it forever! Say hi to Jesse and let him cook! I needed my display screen replaced. I called for an appointment, got in right the very next day. Anticipated waiting several days for the new screen but was very pleasantly surprised when I received a call the very next day that it was in. Again, I was given an appointment the very next day. The dealer has more vehicles than dealers I've been to. The sales person was knowledgeable and brought up Chrysler Pacifica to show features that I was asking about. The salesperson had provided great information and incentives when we asked and by comparison to other dealers I got somewhere else, decided to purchase it right off the bat. The sales manager also was very helpful when I asked for info about tax credit for the Pacifica Hybrid plug-in, and printed the info when I asked for details. Thanks for the great service from both. Made an appointment at Palmen Jeep to get some recalls taken care of. Not realizing there is a Palmen in Kenosha, I went to the one in Racine. Chris was fantastic and fit me right in. I felt like an idiot but he treated me kind and like it wasn’t a big deal. He didn’t turn me away and I am very grateful and happy with the attention he and the staff gave me. 10/10 will go back again!

Great experience once Dennis Mohammed (service advisor) took charge of my appointment. I arrived early. Don’t do that because I was made to wait until my appointment time before Dennis was assigned to me and took care of my appointment. Dennis was wonderful, personable, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure everything was done correctly. He even grabbed a coupon I had in the car and applied it to the invoice prior to taking me to check out. Service was done in a timely manner. I will be booking any service with Dennis from now on. First time at PALMEN as we’re new to Wisconsin, and despite the initial hiccup with another service advisor I will be bringing my Jeep back there for service. Thank you, Dennis for a good experience.

Had car for one week 2006 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid. Coolant pump failed. Wiring harness took longer than expected to arrive. Once part was in repair went quickly. Under warranty. Oil change. Washed and cleaned inside van.

I have been taking my car for service at Palmen dealership for years now. They do an amazing job, they are friendly, and, most importantly, they honor warranties. Patty, the service representative, always goes the extra mile and researches, contacting warranty companies for customers, and she saved me $1200.00 on my last bill. My vehicle is a 2017 Cherokee Latitude and I thought the warranty was expired by now, so I’m very pleased . It is nice to know there are companies providing essential services that are honest, have integrity, and genuinely look out for people. There is friendly shuttle service. Also, weather permitting, they throw in a free car wash when they are finished servicing the vehicle. Online scheduling is easy, and they send text and email reminders. Palmen dealership is an asset to our community.

We have been coming to Palmen’s of Racine for years. Tim Krikow has been our go to salesman all that time. He is outstanding. He knows what we want and what is important to us. He is knowledgeable and offers multiple possibilities and options. Once again he went out of his way to “Make It Happen” for us even with a tight timeline this time. Couldn’t be happier. Steve the finance guy makes the paperwork side of things quick and easy. I really like how the electronic signature system speeds up the process. I have had a lot of other horrible dealership experiences in my lifetime. I told Chris this when I called him about getting my dodge caravan passenger sliding door fixed. I got a letter in the mail about having an extended warranty on getting my sliding doors fixed due to a lot of them having a failing actuator in them. That was a blessing to receive and read that letter. Chris explained the procedure in such a way that there was no questions or misunderstandings. He even allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to so that I would feel comfortable. Dropping off my van he met me at the service door with a smile and opened the door. Wow Lord knows the small things mean so much to me. And when I followed up he told me what was going on. When I came to get my van after it was done, again opened the door for me and explained what I needed to do to get my key and paperwork. I just wanted to say THANK YOU CHRIS FOR THE GREAT customer service. You changed my view on customer service at dealerships. I hope God open up doors that no man can close for you and your family. Your job should feel blessed to have to you. Also the other people I saw there also was kind and was friendly.

Recently purchased a pre-owned Nissan Frontied. First saw vehicle on their website and emailed to confirm availabilty and schedule appointment. The response was quick and was contacted by Thomas. Upon arrival the vehicle was ready for inspection and test Drive. There was no sales pressure and all questions were answered. During test Drive Thomas was helpful in pointing out the features and continued to be low pressure which I appreciated. Ultimately made the purchase. I found the ad for the car through my Chase account was treated very poorly by Wickstrom, from who I bought four cars in the last two years. I called Steven about the ad on Chase. It was very professional from the beginning of the conversation. Steven got back to me right away, using a soft, professional manner, not an aggressive salesman-type approach. We made the appointment to arrive at 7:15 that evening. He had the car ready. It was an easy transition, turning our lease in. I could not be happier with Steven and your company. Husband brought in 2021 truck for repair of non working power driver seat. Chris and the entire staff here consistently go above and beyond expectations when we come here. Not only did they take it upon themselves to research warranty coverage, they are timely, efficient, and treat us with respect. Although there is a dealer closer to our home, we choose to make the hourlong drive to Racine because their service is unmatched. (Our local dealer holds our cars for weeks on end, does not follow through, and never takes the initiative to find out information. Chris and staff in Racine make getting repairs easy and painless.)

If I am being completely honest we came in with poor credit after some unfortunate life events and in the process of getting back on our feet. We were feeling a little hopeless since we had been turned away from many dealerships, offered vehicles that had a lot of miles, were unsafe for little kids, or wanted an insane amount of money down. Palmen was our last shot, we drove off with a “new to us” Bronco with 48,000 miles and we couldn't be more happy with it! Darrell and Steve were phenomenal and straight forward with us in the best way. I had Todd as my dodge rep, and I’ve dealt with him in the past. Each time has been nothing less than stellar. As far as the speed of the service goes, the mechanics had me back on the road in less than 24 hrs (I was fortunate they had the parts in stock) and I was not nickel and dimed. If you own a dodge and don’t have a lift to do your own repairs, then this is where you should be going.

I was on my way to Door County WI. from St. Louis when my engine blew not to far from Palmen Chrysler. From start to finish it was the best experience I've ever had. Autumn who was my service advisor along with everyone else at the dealership was truly amazing. I was on my way to Door County WI. from St. Louis when my engine blew not to far from Palmen Chrysler. From start to finish it was the best experience I've ever had. Autumn who was my service advisor along with everyone else at the dealership was truly amazing. Since I had to leave my truck up in Racine while I was back in St. Louis I never had any doubts that everything was going to be ok. I know that Autumn Roeder and this dealership went to bat for me to get the approval of a new engine from the extended warranty that I had on my truck and I am so thankful.
