My car brakes were locked and couldn’t move it. Chris at Palmen told me to call tow service, gave me the number, car was picked up and transported to Palmen. Chris kept me advised on the car progress. When done Chris sent the courtesy vehicle to pick me up to get my car. Very happy with the service and prompt care of my car. Thank you Chris

Amazing service! Dennis went above and beyond to fix a problem with my Gladiator (other dealerships just said to ignore it). Dennis kept me updated and explained the work performed perfectly. Finally after two years of dealing with the problem, it is fixed.

A very pleasant buying experience. All of my questions were answered professionally and I never felt pressured to buy. Angel was my salesman,and was professional, friendly,and I felt like he worked hard to make sure I received a fair deal. Wolfgang in finance was great. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Would give 11/5 if the internet allowed it) If you are currently driving a 5th Gen Ram and it starts making a sound like a disgruntled poltergeist trapping itself in your rear axle, do not panic. Do not pull over and cry. Just pray you are within driving distance of this absolute sanctuary of horsepower. We were in the middle of a massive cross-country trek when our Ram 1500 decided to start playing us the song of its people from the rear end. It was a dark, stressful moment. Enter Shelly, the Service Manager and Jesse the Advisor. Jesse didn’t just look at our out-of-state plates and say, "We can fit you in next Tuesday." No. He told Shelly that we were travelers in distress. They looked destiny in the eye, and mobilized their forces. Shelly deployed one of her absolute top-tier, wizard-level technicians to perform an emergency evaluation. This tech didn’t just assess the noise; he expertly interrogated it with something called "Chassis Ears". Within what felt like three minutes, he had diagnosed the issue with the precision of a seasoned cardiac surgeon. They didn't just fix our truck; they saved our entire road trip from becoming an episode of a survival reality show. Epically amazing experience. Fast, professional, and genuinely empathetic to the plight of the road-weary traveler. If Shelly ever decides to run for public office, she has my vote. Get your truck serviced here, or regret it forever! Say hi to Jesse and let him cook! I needed my display screen replaced. I called for an appointment, got in right the very next day. Anticipated waiting several days for the new screen but was very pleasantly surprised when I received a call the very next day that it was in. Again, I was given an appointment the very next day. Chris was wonderful to work with and on top of my service the entire time.

The dealer has more vehicles than dealers I've been to. The sales person was knowledgeable and brought up Chrysler Pacifica to show features that I was asking about. The salesperson had provided great information and incentives when we asked and by comparison to other dealers I got somewhere else, decided to purchase it right off the bat. The sales manager also was very helpful when I asked for info about tax credit for the Pacifica Hybrid plug-in, and printed the info when I asked for details. Thanks for the great service from both. Made an appointment at Palmen Jeep to get some recalls taken care of. Not realizing there is a Palmen in Kenosha, I went to the one in Racine. Chris was fantastic and fit me right in. I felt like an idiot but he treated me kind and like it wasn’t a big deal. He didn’t turn me away and I am very grateful and happy with the attention he and the staff gave me. 10/10 will go back again!

Great experience once Dennis Mohammed (service advisor) took charge of my appointment. I arrived early. Don’t do that because I was made to wait until my appointment time before Dennis was assigned to me and took care of my appointment. Dennis was wonderful, personable, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure everything was done correctly. He even grabbed a coupon I had in the car and applied it to the invoice prior to taking me to check out. Service was done in a timely manner. I will be booking any service with Dennis from now on. First time at PALMEN as we’re new to Wisconsin, and despite the initial hiccup with another service advisor I will be bringing my Jeep back there for service. Thank you, Dennis for a good experience.

Had car for one week 2006 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid. Coolant pump failed. Wiring harness took longer than expected to arrive. Once part was in repair went quickly. Under warranty. Oil change. Washed and cleaned inside van.

The dealer has more vehicles than dealers I've been to. The sales person was knowledgeable and brought up Chrysler Pacifica to show features that I was asking about. The salesperson had provided great information and incentives when we asked and by comparison to other dealers I got somewhere else, decided to purchase it right off the bat. The sales manager also was very helpful when I asked for info about tax credit for the Pacifica Hybrid plug-in, and printed the info when I asked for details. Thanks for the great service from both. Made an appointment at Palmen Jeep to get some recalls taken care of. Not realizing there is a Palmen in Kenosha, I went to the one in Racine. Chris was fantastic and fit me right in. I felt like an idiot but he treated me kind and like it wasn’t a big deal. Great experience once Dennis Mohammed (service advisor) took charge of my appointment. I arrived early. Don’t do that because I was made to wait until my appointment time before Dennis was assigned to me and took care of my appointment. Dennis was wonderful, personable, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure everything was done correctly. He even grabbed a coupon I had in the car and applied it to the invoice prior to taking me to check out. Service was done in a timely manner. I will be booking any service with Dennis from now on. First time at PALMEN as we’re new to Wisconsin, and despite the initial hiccup with another service advisor I will be bringing my Jeep back there for service. Thank you, Dennis for a good experience.

I was in on Wednesday, 4/29/26 for an oil change, 4 new tires and a new battery install on my 2016 Jeep Patriot. Chris took care of me & my car and was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and easy to work with. He had to order my tires and went out of his way to make sure they arrived later that day and were installed before he left for the day. I used the shuttle service for the first time. Craig and Bill were the shuttle drivers who took me home and later in the afternoon picked me up to retrieve my car. Both gentlemen were very friendly and professional. While waiting for my car, I spoke with Sergio and he gave me a tour of the new Cherokee mid size and the Jeep Compass, both very nice and contenders for my next purchase! Great selection of certified pre-owned vehicles. Excellent job detailing my Jeep Compass before taking delivery. My only gripe is the “mandatory” paint sealant upcharge. I really did not want it. I would also have appreciated a complimentary oil change or a discount offer on some accessories. That would have shown me that the dealership really wanted me to come back.

Always have had a positive experience with Palmen. Staff are friendly and not pushy, which i appreciate that style. Vehicle prices are competitive. The only down side is it takes a bit to long to finish the deal. Staff get busy on Saturdays and I wish it didn't take 3 hours waiting to finish paperwork once you commit to buying. Overall, I'd return to Palmen when we are in the market again.

Patti Jo was amazing! I had an oil change gone wrong done by Woodman’s (never again). Patti called me first thing in the morning to discuss my situation. She kept in tough throughout the day and emailed me pictures & descriptions of the work being done. She also let me know of recalls to my vehicle, which were able to be taken care of right away. She also let me know my brakes would need to be replaced shortly. I did have them done by Palmen as well. I am very happy with the service and communication received. I had oil change and recall on fuel pump relay. They did the oil change and had to order the relay which is two months out. Gave my vehicle a quick wash. Got my vehicle within two hours which I call quick service.

My Wrangler had the check engine light on and I scheduled an appt within the week. The only day open was Fri morning and I always schedule my appointments with service advisor Patti Ostergaard when available. She is wonderful to work with and appreciate her communication with the mechanic. I had a faulty thermostat and they got everything fixed within that day. I appreciate all the hard work since I live in Franklin and have to travel for work. I know my Wrangler was serviced excellent and appreciate the discount with the coupon. I only service my Wrangler with you guys.

I can say out of all the people I have had to deal with at this place Timothy and Wally have been the only two who have actually made the visit worth it. All my questions are answered with details and I’m never left unsure of what is being done to my car. Although my car was washed here and must’ve not been dried properly because upon pick up you could see water droplets that dried on all my windows and side mirrors. Over all I recommend these 2 people.

I was on my way to Door County WI. from St. Louis when my engine blew not to far from Palmen Chrysler. From start to finish it was the best experience I've ever had. Autumn who was my service advisor along with everyone else at the dealership was truly amazing. Since I had to leave my truck up in Racine while I was back in St. Louis I never had any doubts that everything was going to be ok. I know that Autumn Roeder and this dealership went to bat for me to get the approval of a new engine from the extended warranty that I had on my truck and I am so thankful.
