My car brakes were locked and couldn’t move it. Chris at Palmen told me to call tow service, gave me the number, car was picked up and transported to Palmen. Chris kept me advised on the car progress. When done Chris sent the courtesy vehicle to pick me up to get my car. Very happy with the service and prompt care of my car. Thank you Chris

A very pleasant buying experience. All of my questions were answered professionally and I never felt pressured to buy. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Would give 11/5 if the internet allowed it) If you are currently driving a 5th Gen Ram and it starts making a sound like a disgruntled poltergeist trapping itself in your rear axle, do not panic. Do not pull over and cry. Just pray you are within driving distance of this absolute sanctuary of horsepower. We were in the middle of a massive cross-country trek when our Ram 1500 decided to start playing us the song of its people from the rear end. It was a dark, stressful moment. Enter Shelly, the Service Manager and Jesse the Advisor. Jesse didn’t just look at our out-of-state plates and say, "We can fit you in next Tuesday." No. He told Shelly that we were travelers in distress. They looked destiny in the eye, and mobilized their forces. Shelly deployed one of her absolute top-tier, wizard-level technicians to perform an emergency evaluation. This tech didn’t just assess the noise; he expertly interrogated it with something called "Chassis Ears". Within what felt like three minutes, he had diagnosed the issue with the precision of a seasoned cardiac surgeon. They didn't just fix our truck; they saved our entire road trip from becoming an episode of a survival reality show. Epically amazing experience. Fast, professional, and genuinely empathetic to the plight of the road-weary traveler. If Shelly ever decides to run for public office, she has my vote. Get your truck serviced here, or regret it forever! Say hi to Jesse and let him cook! I needed my display screen replaced. I called for an appointment, got in right the very next day. Anticipated waiting several days for the new screen but was very pleasantly surprised when I received a call the very next day that it was in. Again, I was given an appointment the very next day. Chris was wonderful to work with and on top of my service the entire time.

The dealer has more vehicles than dealers I've been to. The sales person was knowledgeable and brought up Chrysler Pacifica to show features that I was asking about. The salesperson had provided great information and incentives when we asked and by comparison to other dealers I got somewhere else, decided to purchase it right off the bat. The sales manager also was very helpful when I asked for info about tax credit for the Pacifica Hybrid plug-in, and printed the info when I asked for details. Thanks for the great service from both. Made an appointment at Palmen Jeep to get some recalls taken care of. Not realizing there is a Palmen in Kenosha, I went to the one in Racine. Chris was fantastic and fit me right in. I felt like an idiot but he treated me kind and like it wasn’t a big deal. He didn’t turn me away and I am very grateful and happy with the attention he and the staff gave me. 10/10 will go back again!

Great experience once Dennis Mohammed (service advisor) took charge of my appointment. I arrived early. Don’t do that because I was made to wait until my appointment time before Dennis was assigned to me and took care of my appointment. Dennis was wonderful, personable, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure everything was done correctly. He even grabbed a coupon I had in the car and applied it to the invoice prior to taking me to check out. Service was done in a timely manner. I will be booking any service with Dennis from now on. First time at PALMEN as we’re new to Wisconsin, and despite the initial hiccup with another service advisor I will be bringing my Jeep back there for service. Thank you, Dennis for a good experience.

Had car for one week 2006 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid. Coolant pump failed. Wiring harness took longer than expected to arrive. Once part was in repair went quickly. Under warranty. Oil change. Washed and cleaned inside van.

I had the most pleasant car buying experience. nobody enjoys going to a dealer, but Shelby made my purchase so easy. I drove from Chicago to look at a Grand Cherokee L. He had it ready in the front when we arrived. We took it on a test drive, worked out the numbers, and sent us to John in finance. John was great. Him and my husband had a lot in common which made the dreaded finance part a whole lot easier. Overall the dealership has a super friendly vibe. They weren't too pushy on any of the numbers or products. Really appreciate dealers like this.

What an exceptionally all-around wonderful experience I had purchasing my Jeep with both the Sales Consultant and the Finance Director at Palmen CDJR. First off, I live in Colorado and had been shopping online for 6 months trying to track down a specific model/color/options package of Grand Cherokee. When I finally found the exact GC I was looking for I sent in a message through the website and was immediately contacted back by Shelby Torres. What an amazing guy. I explained to him that I lived out of state but this is the one I wanted. Of course I had lots of questions and he spent A Lot of time on the phone with me both talk and text. He didn't hesitate to check any details of the GC I was wondering about and I was really impressed by how well he knew the features of the GC, inside and out. As soon as I was ready to pull the trigger, he helped walk me through the credit application online - AND HE EVEN HELPED ME NEGOTIATE THE PRICE DOWN $4000!! But the biggest part of everything for me was how professional and genuine Shelby was. When you are flying halfway across the country and purchasing a vehicle sight unseen, that's a pretty high stress and risky decision to make but I honestly felt none of that. I flew in the next day - Shelby PICKED ME UP AT THE AIRPORT - WHO DOES THAT?!?!? and he had all of the paperwork ready to go at the dealership because I had to immediately start driving back to Colorado. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention the exemplary interaction I had with Mo Hossain in Finance. He worked to get me a spectacular rate (better than what I was expecting)! I was planning on refinancing with my local CU as soon as I got home but he even beat their rate! Never once did I feel pressured or like I was been mislead. Quite the opposite. I would so highly recommend Shelby Torres, Mo Hossain, and Palmen Motors to anyone - whether local or out of town. Palmen will be the first place I start my search next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle.

We had take our 2016 Town and county to get a new key bob we had a warranty. It was quick and they kept us informed. They had coffee and water available for their customers. That was thoughtful. If I could to get another vehicle I would consider them. To find an honest dealership is not easy. I would give them a chance to see what kind of experience we would get.

We were on the highway traveling from east Tennessee to Franksville Wisconsin when we had check engine and Electronic Stabilty lights came on. Scary to say the least and late on a Friday afternoon made it worse. We knew Palmen was at our destination so we called for a service appointment and talked to Todd Atkinson. Patti in service is always spot from setting up my appointments when it’s convenient for me to getting me in and out of the dealership on time. Patti is not a pushy in adding extra service like most others there at Palman. I refer friends and family to Patti and only Patti. I was on my way to Door County WI. from St. Louis when my engine blew not to far from Palmen Chrysler. From start to finish it was the best experience I've ever had. Autumn who was my service advisor along with everyone else at the dealership was truly amazing. Since I had to leave my truck up in Racine while I was back in St. Louis I never had any doubts that everything was going to be ok. I know that Autumn Roeder and this dealership went to bat for me to get the approval of a new engine from the extended warranty that I had on my truck and I am so thankful.
