I had the car in for oil change yesterday and they did everything including a pretty trip check. So today I get in the car and the dash lights up like a christmas tree! I rushed over and had a xxx moment with them over the fact that I was just here yesterday and they checked it out, reassured me they would take care of it in one hour...and they did! Again, under warranty so everything appears to be working out for the reasons I am a palm jeep customer...a great vehicle, reliable service, and great customer support. Thanks Matt, Tim and service crew!!!

I always have a favorable experience at Palmen Jeep in Racine, WI. On 3/9/21, I was scheduled for an oil change and a brake fluid and transmission fluid flush and refill - Tim DeLord was wonderful in explaining what was to be done and he also applied coupons for the services so I saved some money! The waiting area was clean, as was the restroom, and COVID-19 protocols were visible everywhere within the environment and with staff.

Tim was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I was completely satisfied with my visit. My Durango was back to normal in no time. 5 stars. Thanks so much!
