Bought my new Ram Laramie 1500 from Palmen of Racine. Began dealing over the phone and ended the day at the dealership finalizing everything with Sergio and Calvin. Thank you to both men for making it happen. All the staff were courteous, but more than that, friendly in a very sincere way. A first place tie for best automobile buying experience of my life. Husband brought in 2021 truck for repair of non working power driver seat. Chris and the entire staff here consistently go above and beyond expectations when we come here. Not only did they take it upon themselves to research warranty coverage, they are timely, efficient, and treat us with respect. Although there is a dealer closer to our home, we choose to make the hourlong drive to Racine because their service is unmatched. (Our local dealer holds our cars for weeks on end, does not follow through, and never takes the initiative to find out information. Chris and staff in Racine make getting repairs easy and painless.)

If I am being completely honest we came in with poor credit after some unfortunate life events and in the process of getting back on our feet. We were feeling a little hopeless since we had been turned away from many dealerships, offered vehicles that had a lot of miles, were unsafe for little kids, or wanted an insane amount of money down. Palmen was our last shot, we drove off with a “new to us” Bronco with 48,000 miles and we couldn't be more happy with it! Darrell and Steve were phenomenal and straight forward with us in the best way. They gave us great advice once we get things back in order and we will always come back to Palmen and send people their way. Thanks for being there for us during a tough time Darrell and Steve!

I had Todd as my dodge rep, and I’ve dealt with him in the past. Each time has been nothing less than stellar. As far as the speed of the service goes, the mechanics had me back on the road in less than 24 hrs (I was fortunate they had the parts in stock) and I was not nickel and dimed. If you own a dodge and don’t have a lift to do your own repairs, then this is where you should be going.

Fast and efficient But have problem. No loaner cars available this isn’t right I have Platinum service contract with you. I’m wondering how many cars you have available? Apparently not enough. Maybe enlarge your fleet to service your customers. Real come on, I’m sure I’m not the 1st customer who has been turned away, trying to find a rental car. Maybe add on a rental service on your property? or use one of the used cars on lot. I’m thankful for the valet service home and back. Thank you

Came to this dealership from out of town after my car was totaled. Hands down the best experience in purchasing a vehicle. Their approach was night and day in comparison to a Milwaukee dealership I had also gone to. I really can’t thank Sergio, Calvin and Steve for all of their help in walking me through the purchase of my jeep from selecting the right car to the financing. Demetrios was exceptional to work with when buying my pre-owned 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Love Palmen. Haven't met once person that hasn't said "hello" to me in passing and all are extremely friendly at the Racine location. Patty is always so upbeat, super friendly and will explain the issues at hand with your vehicle in a patient and very easy to understand manner. Always has a smile and it seems like she's happy to see you again when you come in. I like working with Christian as well. Service has always been top quality on my Gladiator which I love, and they seem like they might really like it as well because they always give it great service when it comes in. I had my truck in for a repair and I worked with Todd Atkinson. He was great to work with communication was excellent. The repair took awhile because they had to work with my extended warranty but Todd would call and give me updates and estimated time lines. I would definitely bring my vehicle back there for service.

Ok. So we Hellcat owners are a little fussy. I scheduled an oil change and “free” tire rotation. They were done in about an hour, as promised. They wanted to run it through the car wash; I declined. I said instead can you just wipe off the calipers? He hemmed & hawed a little bit but he agreed to have it done. You just can't get to the calipers with the wheels on, without moving the vehicle a few times to clean the Brembo brake pad dust off. He measured the tires, which were all even at 6/32nds", and asked "Do you still want us to rotate the tires?" I said yes, as I was hearing a slight ryhthmatic tire noise, plus the book calls for rotation at 42k. He also said it would be more expensive next visit, because it requires 8.4 quarts of oil, but this time he used a “coupon”, which kept it at the quoted price. And, of note, the specific brand and type of oil was not indicated on the worksheet. They wanted to change the air filter, for $59.95, but I told them I'd take care of that. I watched a video which tested 5 filters, and ordered a WIX filter from RockAuto for $33 shipped. This filter has the best combination of maximum airflow and filtering for the cost. When I got home, I checked the lug nut torque. The lowest was 75 lb./in., the highest was 120. Most were around 100. Book says 110-125. I drove it home and they settled in a little, which is normal. I'd rather drive it than have them drive it and recheck, plus I’ve used torque sticks and don’t trust them. I torqued the lug nuts to 120 lbs./in. To reiterate; We Hellcat owners are a bit fussy. So, it was an all around good experience, and I'll give them a B+. Thanks again, Rob Robinson. Update: When I got home, I checked the calipers. Still dirty. I really don’t think I was asking too much to wipe off the calipers while the wheels were off. Just wipe them off with an old shop towel. My air filter came in and I went to change it. They lost an air box hold down bolt and substituted a smaller one which was pushed into the hole!!! It WAS in there because I took the entire air box out to neutralize the salt buildup as it was a used vehicle from another dealership in July of 2023. I inquired at the dealership I purchased it from. They told me I’d have to order the entire air box assembly to get the four bolts which hold it securely which would cost me hundreds. I’ll have to re-score them at C-.

It was very easy working with Chuck Schovain on my purchase of a 2022 RAM 1500 Limited at Palmen Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM. Chuck worked hard to get me the best deal possible and to keep me in the loop of the status of my custom ordered truck. 6/5/2024. Had an oil change and recall service appointment this morning. The service department was very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They also answered several of my questions on screen settings and adjustments. The pricing was fair. 8/13/2024. Had a recall service on my 2022 Ram 1500 yesterday. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and I was able to confirm an appointment within two days of calling. The recall service appointment was friendly and quick. I was in and out within an hour. I was kept updated on the service by text, and the waiting area was pleasant. I have always been pleased with the sales and service staff at Palmen. The only thing I miss is my salesman of many years who has since retired. This salesman relationship goes back many years as I coached Chuck in football his freshmen year of high school.

Called for an appointment, they got me in right away ,price was price quoted! The only detractant was t h e 1.50 for a Can of Soda from the machine( Boucher next door has them free like coffee and water ) I have trusted Palman Racine for years for my Dodge/RAM trucks when I wanted to make sure the job was done right. The technician that worked on my truck was an angel. He came out smiling despite 2 to 3 days of removing pretty much everything in my truck in order to put in an instrument display harness. He was meticulous and methodical and worked his way through the solution by the book. Everything works great! (fingers crossed) i’ve had this new truck in the shop eight times! I started the negotiations on email, and we were able to come to a price I liked before going in to do the test drive. The sales person Steven K. answered all my questions, worked on the price and payment with me and helped me find the right vehicle. When I went to finance with them, I did that with Mo H. He reviewed and explained everything before I signed paperwork and also answered all my questions. This was my first time working with a dealership and they made it easy.

I bought a '23 Grand Cherokee Limited here completely online. I worked with the finance guy over the phone and picked out the car online. It was still under bumper-to-bumper warranty so not sitting around the dealership all day to get it done was awesome. They were very accommodating and when I got there the car was in excellent condition. I've had it for 4 weeks now without issue. Only thing I had to do was go in and sign the paperwork and grab the keys. Everyone there from Angel (my salesman) to Jon (the manager who handled my financing) were incredible guys and easy to work with. They have definitely gained my loyalty and in 3 years before this car hits 100k miles I will be back to trade it in! Their prices are the best I could find online and beat all of the Milwaukee dealers in terms of good deal for the quality of vehicle. I would rate them 5 out of 5 stars without hesitation.

I was on my way to Door County WI. from St. Louis when my engine blew not to far from Palmen Chrysler. From start to finish it was the best experience I've ever had. Autumn who was my service advisor along with everyone else at the dealership was truly amazing. Since I had to leave my truck up in Racine while I was back in St. Louis I never had any doubts that everything was going to be ok. I was on my way to Door County WI. from St. Louis when my engine blew not to far from Palmen Chrysler. From start to finish it was the best experience I've ever had. Autumn who was my service advisor along with everyone else at the dealership was truly amazing. Since I had to leave my truck up in Racine while I was back in St. Louis I never had any doubts that everything was going to be ok. I know that Autumn Roeder and this dealership went to bat for me to get the approval of a new engine from the extended warranty that I had on my truck and I am so thankful.
