I purchased a used vehicle from Palmen in Racine because I heard how great they were. Man was that true !!! Sergio Duran was my salesperson and was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Jon Speaker handled the financing and made that part of the experience so easy !! He is very knowledgeable and professional . Very personable. If you want a stressless experience buying a car or truck. GO THERE. Tons of inventory also.

Called for an appointment, they got me in right away ,price was price quoted! The only detractant was t h e 1.50 for a Can of Soda from the machine( Boucher next door has them free like coffee and water ) I have trusted Palman Racine for years for my Dodge/RAM trucks when I wanted to make sure the job was done right. Ya I know the dealers shop may cost a little more but the cost is made up with peace of mind. Tom at the service desk took great care of me!

The technician that worked on my truck was an angel. He came out smiling despite 2 to 3 days of removing pretty much everything in my truck in order to put in an instrument display harness. He was meticulous and methodical and worked his way through the solution by the book. Everything works great! (fingers crossed) i’ve had this new truck in the shop eight times! They keep finding new things and fixing them so I guess I’m gonna keep coming back. Thank you team!!

Mike Jansen the sales manager took care of getting me in to the service department with absolutely no problems. Service Advisor, Todd Atkinson took over from there. He did an excellent job taking care of all my recalls and service needs. When I picked up my vehicle, it was washed and vacuumed. What a great touch. I started the negotiations on email, and we were able to come to a price I liked before going in to do the test drive. The sales person Steven K. answered all my questions, worked on the price and payment with me and helped me find the right vehicle. When I went to finance with them, I did that with Mo H. He reviewed and explained everything before I signed paperwork and also answered all my questions. This was my first time working with a dealership and they made it easy.

I have been taking my car for service at Palmen dealership for years now. They do an amazing job, they are friendly, and, most importantly, they honor warranties. Patty, the service representative, always goes the extra mile and researches, contacting warranty companies for customers, and she saved me $1200.00 on my last bill. My vehicle is a 2017 Cherokee Latitude and I thought the warranty was expired by now, so I’m very pleased . It is nice to know there are companies providing essential services that are honest, have integrity, and genuinely look out for people. There is friendly shuttle service. Also, weather permitting, they throw in a free car wash when they are finished servicing the vehicle. Online scheduling is easy, and they send text and email reminders. Palmen dealership is an asset to our community.

I have had a lot of other horrible dealership experiences in my lifetime. I told Chris this when I called him about getting my dodge caravan passenger sliding door fixed. I got a letter in the mail about having an extended warranty on getting my sliding doors fixed due to a lot of them having a failing actuator in them. That was a blessing to receive and read that letter. Chris explained the procedure in such a way that there was no questions or misunderstandings. He even allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to so that I would feel comfortable. Dropping off my van he met me at the service door with a smile and opened the door. Wow Lord knows the small things mean so much to me. And when I followed up he told me what was going on. When I came to get my van after it was done, again opened the door for me and explained what I needed to do to get my key and paperwork. I just wanted to say THANK YOU CHRIS FOR THE GREAT customer service. You changed my view on customer service at dealerships. I hope God open up doors that no man can close for you and your family. Your job should feel blessed to have to you. Also the other people I saw there also was kind and was friendly.

Recently purchased a pre-owned Nissan Frontied. First saw vehicle on their website and emailed to confirm availabilty and schedule appointment. The response was quick and was contacted by Thomas. Upon arrival the vehicle was ready for inspection and test Drive. There was no sales pressure and all questions were answered. During test Drive Thomas was helpful in pointing out the features and continued to be low pressure which I appreciated. Ultimately made the purchase. Husband brought in 2021 truck for repair of non working power driver seat. Chris and the entire staff here consistently go above and beyond expectations when we come here. Not only did they take it upon themselves to research warranty coverage, they are timely, efficient, and treat us with respect. If I am being completely honest we came in with poor credit after some unfortunate life events and in the process of getting back on our feet. We were feeling a little hopeless since we had been turned away from many dealerships, offered vehicles that had a lot of miles, were unsafe for little kids, or wanted an insane amount of money down. Palmen was our last shot, we drove off with a “new to us” Bronco with 48,000 miles and we couldn't be more happy with it! I had Todd as my dodge rep, and I’ve dealt with him in the past. Each time has been nothing less than stellar. As far as the speed of the service goes, the mechanics had me back on the road in less than 24 hrs (I was fortunate they had the parts in stock) and I was not nickel and dimed. If you own a dodge and don’t have a lift to do your own repairs, then this is where you should be going.

I was on my way to Door County WI. from St. Louis when my engine blew not to far from Palmen Chrysler. From start to finish it was the best experience I've ever had. Autumn who was my service advisor along with everyone else at the dealership was truly amazing. Since I had to leave my truck up in Racine while I was back in St. Louis I never had any doubts that everything was going to be ok. I know that Autumn Roeder and this dealership went to bat for me to get the approval of a new engine from the extended warranty that I had on my truck and I am so thankful.
