I purchased a used vehicle from Palmen in Racine because I heard how great they were. Man was that true !!! Sergio Duran was my salesperson and was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Jon Speaker handled the financing and made that part of the experience so easy !! He is very knowledgeable and professional . Very personable. If you want a stressless experience buying a car or truck. GO THERE. Tons of inventory also.

Called for an appointment, they got me in right away ,price was price quoted! The only detractant was t h e 1.50 for a Can of Soda from the machine( Boucher next door has them free like coffee and water ) I have trusted Palman Racine for years for my Dodge/RAM trucks when I wanted to make sure the job was done right. Ya I know the dealers shop may cost a little more but the cost is made up with peace of mind. Tom at the service desk took great care of me!

The technician that worked on my truck was an angel. He came out smiling despite 2 to 3 days of removing pretty much everything in my truck in order to put in an instrument display harness. He was meticulous and methodical and worked his way through the solution by the book. Everything works great! (fingers crossed) i’ve had this new truck in the shop eight times! They keep finding new things and fixing them so I guess I’m gonna keep coming back. Thank you team!!

Mike Jansen the sales manager took care of getting me in to the service department with absolutely no problems. Service Advisor, Todd Atkinson took over from there. He did an excellent job taking care of all my recalls and service needs. When I picked up my vehicle, it was washed and vacuumed. What a great touch. I started the negotiations on email, and we were able to come to a price I liked before going in to do the test drive. The sales person Steven K. answered all my questions, worked on the price and payment with me and helped me find the right vehicle. When I went to finance with them, I did that with Mo H. He reviewed and explained everything before I signed paperwork and also answered all my questions. This was my first time working with a dealership and they made it easy.

I had the most pleasant car buying experience. nobody enjoys going to a dealer, but Shelby made my purchase so easy. I drove from Chicago to look at a Grand Cherokee L. He had it ready in the front when we arrived. We took it on a test drive, worked out the numbers, and sent us to John in finance. John was great. Him and my husband had a lot in common which made the dreaded finance part a whole lot easier. Overall the dealership has a super friendly vibe. They weren't too pushy on any of the numbers or products. Really appreciate dealers like this.

What an exceptionally all-around wonderful experience I had purchasing my Jeep with both the Sales Consultant and the Finance Director at Palmen CDJR. First off, I live in Colorado and had been shopping online for 6 months trying to track down a specific model/color/options package of Grand Cherokee. When I finally found the exact GC I was looking for I sent in a message through the website and was immediately contacted back by Shelby Torres. What an amazing guy. I explained to him that I lived out of state but this is the one I wanted. Of course I had lots of questions and he spent A Lot of time on the phone with me both talk and text. He didn't hesitate to check any details of the GC I was wondering about and I was really impressed by how well he knew the features of the GC, inside and out. As soon as I was ready to pull the trigger, he helped walk me through the credit application online - AND HE EVEN HELPED ME NEGOTIATE THE PRICE DOWN $4000!! But the biggest part of everything for me was how professional and genuine Shelby was. When you are flying halfway across the country and purchasing a vehicle sight unseen, that's a pretty high stress and risky decision to make but I honestly felt none of that. I flew in the next day - Shelby PICKED ME UP AT THE AIRPORT - WHO DOES THAT?!?!? and he had all of the paperwork ready to go at the dealership because I had to immediately start driving back to Colorado. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention the exemplary interaction I had with Mo Hossain in Finance. He worked to get me a spectacular rate (better than what I was expecting)! I was planning on refinancing with my local CU as soon as I got home but he even beat their rate! Never once did I feel pressured or like I was been mislead. Quite the opposite. I would so highly recommend Shelby Torres, Mo Hossain, and Palmen Motors to anyone - whether local or out of town. Palmen will be the first place I start my search next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle.

We had take our 2016 Town and county to get a new key bob we had a warranty. It was quick and they kept us informed. They had coffee and water available for their customers. That was thoughtful. If I could to get another vehicle I would consider them. To find an honest dealership is not easy. I would give them a chance to see what kind of experience we would get.

We were on the highway traveling from east Tennessee to Franksville Wisconsin when we had check engine and Electronic Stabilty lights came on. Scary to say the least and late on a Friday afternoon made it worse. We knew Palmen was at our destination so we called for a service appointment and talked to Todd Atkinson. He scheduled us for early on the next business day. They got us in, figured out what was wrong and got us repaired. Todd was so helpful and kept us up on what was happening. We deeply appreciate Todd and everyone at Palmen. They made a bad situation bearable and got us back on the road.

I was on my way to Door County WI. from St. Louis when my engine blew not to far from Palmen Chrysler. From start to finish it was the best experience I've ever had. Autumn who was my service advisor along with everyone else at the dealership was truly amazing. Since I had to leave my truck up in Racine while I was back in St. Louis I never had any doubts that everything was going to be ok. I was on my way to Door County WI. from St. Louis when my engine blew not to far from Palmen Chrysler. From start to finish it was the best experience I've ever had. Autumn who was my service advisor along with everyone else at the dealership was truly amazing. Since I had to leave my truck up in Racine while I was back in St. Louis I never had any doubts that everything was going to be ok. I know that Autumn Roeder and this dealership went to bat for me to get the approval of a new engine from the extended warranty that I had on my truck and I am so thankful.
