I purchased a used vehicle from Palmen in Racine because I heard how great they were. Man was that true !!! Sergio Duran was my salesperson and was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Jon Speaker handled the financing and made that part of the experience so easy !! He is very knowledgeable and professional . Very personable. If you want a stressless experience buying a car or truck. GO THERE. Tons of inventory also.

Called for an appointment, they got me in right away ,price was price quoted! The only detractant was t h e 1.50 for a Can of Soda from the machine( Boucher next door has them free like coffee and water ) I have trusted Palman Racine for years for my Dodge/RAM trucks when I wanted to make sure the job was done right. Ya I know the dealers shop may cost a little more but the cost is made up with peace of mind. Tom at the service desk took great care of me!

The technician that worked on my truck was an angel. He came out smiling despite 2 to 3 days of removing pretty much everything in my truck in order to put in an instrument display harness. He was meticulous and methodical and worked his way through the solution by the book. Everything works great! (fingers crossed) i’ve had this new truck in the shop eight times! They keep finding new things and fixing them so I guess I’m gonna keep coming back. Thank you team!!

Mike Jansen the sales manager took care of getting me in to the service department with absolutely no problems. Service Advisor, Todd Atkinson took over from there. He did an excellent job taking care of all my recalls and service needs. When I picked up my vehicle, it was washed and vacuumed. What a great touch. I started the negotiations on email, and we were able to come to a price I liked before going in to do the test drive. The sales person Steven K. answered all my questions, worked on the price and payment with me and helped me find the right vehicle. When I went to finance with them, I did that with Mo H. He reviewed and explained everything before I signed paperwork and also answered all my questions. This was my first time working with a dealership and they made it easy.

I started the negotiations on email, and we were able to come to a price I liked before going in to do the test drive. The sales person Steven K. answered all my questions, worked on the price and payment with me and helped me find the right vehicle. When I went to finance with them, I did that with Mo H. He reviewed and explained everything before I signed paperwork and also answered all my questions. This was my first time working with a dealership and they made it easy.

I bought a '23 Grand Cherokee Limited here completely online. I worked with the finance guy over the phone and picked out the car online. It was still under bumper-to-bumper warranty so not sitting around the dealership all day to get it done was awesome. They were very accommodating and when I got there the car was in excellent condition. I've had it for 4 weeks now without issue. Only thing I had to do was go in and sign the paperwork and grab the keys. Everyone there from Angel (my salesman) to Jon (the manager who handled my financing) were incredible guys and easy to work with. They have definitely gained my loyalty and in 3 years before this car hits 100k miles I will be back to trade it in! Their prices are the best I could find online and beat all of the Milwaukee dealers in terms of good deal for the quality of vehicle. I would rate them 5 out of 5 stars without hesitation.

Was very pleased with all work, although either the car wash was poor or not done. Rims were covered in dirt and the roof was dirty. I don’t consider this part of the service but if they say they washed it, it was poorly done.

Timothy was absolutely amazing. My sales person told me to wait until my oil change light went on to get an oil change. When I told him that my car had over 10,000 miles on it and I bought it brand new he made sure I got in to get it done the same day. He was very informative in regards to when I need an oil change and service. I was extremely impressed and happy with his level of service. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Matt is just the best ! Today 6/8/2021 I couldn’t remove my key from the gnition, ( I purchased my jeep 2 weeks ago) This was as I had just got home from work about 5:30 . I still had his business card so I called to ask what I should do ,He came to my home to see if he could help ! Tomorrow I will be bringing it back to the dealership for them to fix , Matt isn’t just a guy who sells cars .... I’m grateful for his genuine kindness . That’s not easily found today .

Pati was excellent help when I went in for my safety recall. The service center was short staffed from what it sounded like, but Pati was very kind and efficient and took care of everything I needed. I was pleasantly surprised when she offered to have my truck washed for no charge. She saved me a trip to the gas station.
